Dr. Emin Yahya Menteşe is an Urban Planning, Exposure Modelling and Geographic Information Systems expert working at the Boğaziçi University, Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute.
He's the Visioning Scenario Development Lead and Istanbul Co-Lead.
